Pets are not generally allowed in our villas, but depending on their size or the length of your stay, we may make an exception. Don’t hesitate to ask Salomé about this when you contact us.
The minimum rental period depends on the booking period. During the festive season, the minimum rental period is one week. Out of season, the minimum is 3 nights.
If the minimum number of days proposed does not suit you, Salomé is at your disposal to adapt the length of your stay as best as possible.
On your arrival, we will provide you with a welcome box and drinks to refresh you. The villa includes all linen and towels required for the duration of your stay. As a guest you have access to the synagogue and the mikveh.
Preparing your stay
All our villas benefit from a concierge service available on site to help you prepare for your arrival in the best possible way : grocery deliveries, booking your transfers (arrival and departure). Our concierge is at your disposal until the day before your arrival to organise all your services and experiences and remains available throughout your stay to help you organise the holiday of your dreams and respond to any last-minute requests. Each service is chargeable, and before your arrival, Salomé will draw up a quote with you for all the services you require.
In the event of an exceptional or special request during your stay, please contact Salomé who will do her utmost to meet your expectations as quickly as possible by sending you a member of the team.
When you call on our teams, you benefit from a turnkey service managed by trusted professionals. Whatever your request, you’ll be in touch with reactive staff who are ready to help with anything.

In order to guarantee you the best availability and rates, we advise you to make your requests as far in advance as possible, especially if you are going away during school holidays or periods of high demand.
Pack your bags
The properties are accessible from 5pm on the day of arrival and until 10am on the day of departure, in order to ensure that the property is left in good condition between lettings. However, if the house is not occupied before or after your stay, Salomé will do its utmost to adapt these times to your needs. Please note that this may result in additional rental charges.
Wherever you choose to stay, you will always be greeted by a member of our team or someone you trust, who will check and prepare the premises before each rental and remain available throughout your stay to assist you if necessary.

Our aim is to be your trusted third party in the rental process and in the creation of your holiday. We have the status of estate agent, a profession that is regulated in order to provide the best possible protection for the various parties involved in a rental. This protection involves a number of guarantees:
1. rental contracts, which are signed for each new rental. This contract involves each of the parties and spells out the conditions of this involvement.
2. the deposit, which is held in an escrow account (a blocked account from which no action can be taken without the agreement of all parties) until the end of the rental period, to make it easier to deal with any damage.
3. finally, we will never give out your personal details, except with your permission, particularly for use on our website and social networks.

- Is the deposit cashed?
The deposit is cashed and held in our escrow account throughout the rental period. The escrow account is an account on which the money is blocked: no action can be taken on the deposit without prior discussion and the agreement of all parties.
- How much will the deposit be?
The amount of the deposit is € 3000. This amount depends mainly on the value of the items in the house. We will always specify this amount before booking.
- When and how is the deposit returned?
The deposit is returned to you in the original form of payment, within a maximum of 48 days following your check-out, if no damage has been noted. We will make sure that it is returned to you as quickly as possible.
Please note that additional time may apply beyond our control for certain credit cards or transfers to certain countries (for example, deferred debit cards may result in a delay in the refund date).
- What happens if there is damage to the house?
The deposit is blocked in an escrow account and no action can be taken without prior discussion. If any damage is found, we will send you proof that the damage was not present at the time of the inventory.
If, despite our prior check, you notice a problem when you enter the house, contact your Salomé immediately. This will enable us to identify the problem as quickly as possible and find a solution before your stay.
Cancellation conditions vary depending on the date of your stay and how far in advance you wish to cancel.
All payments are made by bank transfer. A 30% deposit is required to confirm the booking of your villa.
1 month before the date of your arrival 30% of the payment is taken.
